What is PBT system?

This is a system that treats paint sludge through biotechnology.

It performs degradation instantaneously by using microorganisms but not by the conventional flocculation method that uses chemicals (such as flocculating agents).

Effects
    • -Reduction of sludge disposal cost
    • -Reduction of water usage by a significant extension of booth cleaning cycle
    • -Reduction of work for removing paint adhered to water tanks, prenum chambers, etc.
    • -Mechanization of collection by a centrifugal separator (automatic and manual)
    • -The solvent odor and stagnant water odor in the circulating water are reduced significantly
    • -The rate of water stagnation is reduced, enabling long-term use of water circulated in the booth

Small-scale system

A system with a reactor placed in the circulation tank of the paint booth for aeration, which can be introduced easily.

Medium-scale system

A high-grade system equipped with an aeration device and centrifugal separator.

Large-scale system

A system that can handle a large volume of water.
Even 100 or 200 tons of water, which could not be handled with a conventional system, can be used.

1.PBT-21

This is the first-generation model of Biotron. Since its introduction to a transport equipment manufacturer’s component UV painting machine in 1999, it has made achievements mainly in newly constructed lines.

This system can be managed by customers. Microorganisms, activation solution, and the activation agent need to be put into the system on a weekly basis.

2.PBT-Light

A system with a reactor container placed in the circulating water for aeration, which is mainly for small-scale booths and can be introduced easily.
The problem is that the range of applicable paints (acrylic and UV) is relatively narrow.

3.PBT-Super

As this system is highly environmentally friendly, it can be applied to almost all types of paints.

4.PBT-Handy

In this system, fungus bodies need to be put directly into the booth. They can be used in the same manner as flocculating agents that are currently used. The fermenter enables use of a large volume of water.

5.PBT-Future

This is a liquid type system which that puts fungus bodies directly into the booth. As the agent amount is determined in proportion to paint usage, fungus bodies can be managed in the same manner as flocculating agents.

A wet type local ventilation system that removes mist by utilizing the scrubber effect. It achieves a mist elimination efficiency of 99% (experimental value).

This is a local exhaust system that collects paint mist efficiently by adsorbing paint mist directly onto the filter. We offer a wide lineup of products to satisfy customers.

We offer not only various types of air exhaust and supply filters, but also consumables for PBT (Parker Biotron) and paint treatment agents.

Toreruzo is a forming and paint sludge separation and removal device that employs a vertical centrifugal separator. As this device requires no consumables and saves power, it reduces the running cost.
