We provide clean and environment-compatible technologies.
As a part of Nihon Parkerizing Group, we develop and deploy environment-friendly next-generation surface treatment technologies such as zircon forming treatment equipment that reduces forming sludge by 90%.
In addition, we also provide environment-friendly technologies through the development of evaporation systems that utilize waste heat and realize no water discharge, biotron technology that reduces paint sludge by 40%, and cardboard filters that enable significant reduction of water usage and wastewater treatment amount (DRY CUBE).
(1)Ｅ Engagement in the environmentII Maintenance of quality and enhancement of technologies
We contribute to the realization of a resource-saving society through the provision of technologies that aim to enhance the quality of customers’ products.
As a company that provides production equipment, we contribute to the environment through customers’ quality improvement activities.
Our automated surface treatment chemical analyzing and controlling system (Parker Chemical Controller) enables more correct analysis, refill, and recording of surface treatment chemicals.
In addition, we can also offer in-tank agitation systems that completely eliminate dusts and seeds with optimum placement of sprays as well as electrode placement systems that realize a uniform paint film and high throwing power.
We support customers’ quality enhancement with our leading-edge technologies, such as by offering self-controlled air conditioning systems that supply air under optimum conditions and energy usage, and an IoT production control system, PARKER LEAPS, that quantifies and optimizes information including quality, cost, environment, etc.

We contribute to the realization of a resource-saving society through the provision of technologies that aim to enhance the quality of customers’ products.
Parker Engineering aims at the reduction of environmental load through the reduction of plant CO2 emissions.
We propose a reduction of thermal energy by employing ambient degreasing agents and cold-setting powder paints. In addition, for ovens that are major CO2 emission sources in plants, we can propose a reduction of thermal energy loss by using high-efficiency air shutters.
Furthermore, we are working on the future of carbon neutrality with cutting-edge technologies, by proposing energy-saving designs and utilization of renewable energy based on advanced technologies.

We promote fair and equitable procurement activities for realizing a sustainable society.
We ensure fair and equitable transactions also in our procurement activities to deploy CSR activities while taking into full consideration the environment and safety.
We set and disseminate the procurement policy following the CSR policy, as well as inspect and evaluate customers’ engagements in the environment and society.

We realize a safe and hygienic working environment.
To maintain our safe and hygienic working environment and prevent industrial accidents, we aim to enhance the Parker Safety Education system (PES system) and achieve an execution rate of 100%, toward the expansion of safety and health literacy.
