Capital tie-up and deepening of cooperation with Dürr.

We have concluded agreements with Dürr Systems GmbH (Stuttgart, Germany) in respect of a 10% share-holding

of us by Dürr, as well as of further development of mutual business and technical cooperation between

two companies, replacing the existing agreement signed in December, 2008.

Dürr, established in 1895, is one of the market leading suppliers of paint shop facilities and equipments

for automobile manufacturers with excellent credentials all over the world, shall become a 10% shareholder of our

company by acquiring the new shares issued by us.

Through this capital tie-up and deepening mutual cooperation, we shall be enhancing our engineering competence

with Dürr’s advanced technologies, particularly of environmental related, as well as be handling the paint shop

projects mainly in Japan and in Asian countries together with Dürr.

We are now confident that we, as a full-turn-key paint shop supplier, shall be able to provide better quality

technologies and better overall services to every customer in Japan and in the world.
